Description
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. it is a sliding product, dark, shiny, with a sweet and sour taste, with a more marked agro trend.
It is obtained with a mixture of cooked musts of typical local grapes, all Italian, with small additions of good wine vinegar. It is refined by the slow and long stay in oak barrels.
The scent is delicate, and highlights a noticeable acetic note. Its exceptional characteristics of goodness and natural density derive from the particular production method typical of our Acetaia, developed by our Avi, as well as by the many years of aging in oak barrels.
Excellent on salads and fresh or grilled vegetables, it can be used to finish cooking meat or fish gravies, or to characterize white meat dishes, cold meats and hors d’oeuvres. It goes well with young seasoned soft cheeses.
