The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P Aged Line Platinum is obtained according to the ancient method of our tradition, only from the must of selected grapes, cooked on a direct flame and then mixed with the best well-matured wine vinegar.

The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P Aged Linea Platinum has a syrupy consistency, a dark and shiny color, and the taste pleasantly bittersweet, pleasantly aromatic. It has an excellent balance and a good structure. The taste is intense, fresh and balanced, with a clean, aromatic and persistent finish, for complete use, throughout the meal.

It is also excellent on seafood dishes, as on the first courses of rice and pasta. It is the perfect complement to white and red meats and cheeses, fresh or aged. It is a wonderful combination with fruit, desserts, desserts and ice creams.
