Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. from Organic Grapes, it is rigorously obtained from the mixture of long-cooked musts of grapes and wine vinegar coming exclusively from organic farming.

The product is aged in oak barrels for the exclusive containment of Organic Balsamic Vinegar. It is a product of good body and excellent taste, with an enveloping and persistent taste.
The exceptional characteristics of goodness also derive from the high quality of the grapes used, all strictly Italian, in our Acetaia.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., from Organic Grapes is excellent on delicate risottos and on pasta dishes with meat or vegetable sauces.
It is the best combination with red and white meat, especially if it is not cooked. His contribution is precious for flavoring medium-aged cheeses. It is ideally combined with desserts and ice creams.
