Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 160 g (5.64 oz- 0.35 lb) of sugar
  • 2 spoons of Marsala
  • 2 spoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 160 g (5.64 oz- 0.35 lb) of meringues

Preparation

  • Prepare egg-flip beating up yolks, sugar, Marsala. Cook it for a short time in bain-marie up to boiling point, then remove from fire.
  • Divide egg-flip into four cups and decorate with meringues and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
