Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 egg yolks
- 160 g (5.64 oz- 0.35 lb) of sugar
- 2 spoons of Marsala
- 2 spoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 160 g (5.64 oz- 0.35 lb) of meringues
- Prepare egg-flip beating up yolks, sugar, Marsala. Cook it for a short time in bain-marie up to boiling point, then remove from fire.
- Divide egg-flip into four cups and decorate with meringues and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
