Project Description
Receipe realized in collaboration with Chef Francesco Miselli.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- Fresh lettuce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 anchovy fillets
- Black olives
- 1 tuna in oil
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 spring onion
- Truffle Condiment
Preparation
- The base is the lettuce
- Add to the salad also a hard-boiled egg, cut into four wedges, tomatoes, some anchovy fillets, some black olives and tuna in oil.
- If you like, add also basil, spring onions and yellow or green pepper. Then add a cucumber, previously sliced and peeled, salt, oil and pepper.
- Finally, add drops of truffle condiment to make it delicious.
