Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • Fresh lettuce
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • Black olives
  • 1 tuna in oil
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • Truffle Condiment

Preparation

  • The base is the lettuce
  • Add to the salad also a hard-boiled egg, cut into four wedges, tomatoes, some anchovy fillets, some black olives and tuna in oil.
  • If you like, add also basil, spring onions and yellow or green pepper. Then add a cucumber, previously sliced and peeled, salt, oil and pepper.
  • Finally, add drops of truffle condiment to make it delicious.
