Ingredients (per 6/8 persone):

  • 1 head of lettuce salad
  • 1 head of curly salad
  • 50 grams of pomegranate grains
  • 100 grams of gorgonzola
  • 50 grams of shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
  • croutons of the favorite bread
  • three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • two cloves of garlic
  • three tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Terra del Tuono
  • salt
  • pepper


  • In a small non-stick pan, brown a clove of garlic with a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Add the bread crostini, and let them become crunchy and tasty
  • Wash and prepare the salads and place them in a large bowl
  • Add the gorgonzola cut into cubes and the Parmesan in small flakes
