Project Description
Ingredients (per 6/8 persone):
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 1 head of curly salad
- 50 grams of pomegranate grains
- 100 grams of gorgonzola
- 50 grams of shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
- croutons of the favorite bread
- three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- two cloves of garlic
- three tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Terra del Tuono
- salt
- pepper
Execution
- In a small non-stick pan, brown a clove of garlic with a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- Add the bread crostini, and let them become crunchy and tasty
- Wash and prepare the salads and place them in a large bowl
- Add the gorgonzola cut into cubes and the Parmesan in small flakes
- Spread the pomegranate grains and the croutons of bread on the salad
- Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, extra virgin olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Terra del Tuono
