Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 200 g of salmon fillet (smoked or natural according to taste)
- 150 g of fennel in small cubes
- 20 g of washed dill
- 2 avocados
- 4 tablespoons of EVO oil
- 4 salt sockets
- 2 tablespoons Mango Balsamic Terra del Tuono
- Cut the salmon fillet into regular strips and place in a bowl with fennel and dill.
- Cut the avocados into cubes and add them to the other ingredients. Season with salt, oil and the Mango Terra del Tuono Specialty. Stir well and divide the salad into 4 cups.
