Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 400 g (14.08 oz- 0.88 lb) of salad
- 200 g (7.04 oz- 0.44 lb) of Parmesan cheese chips
- 50 g (1.76 oz- 0.11 lb) of pine-seeds
- 12 walnut kernels
- 4 spoons of extra-virgin olive-oil
- 3 spoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- Clean and cut salad.
- Brown pine-seeds in a saucepan. Divide walnut kernels into four parts.
- Season salad with oil, salt, pepper, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
- Add Parmesan chips, walnut and pine-seeds. Serve.
