Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 400 g (14.08 oz- 0.88 lb) of salad
  • 200 g (7.04 oz- 0.44 lb) of Parmesan cheese chips
  • 50 g (1.76 oz- 0.11 lb) of pine-seeds
  • 12 walnut kernels
  • 4 spoons of extra-virgin olive-oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 spoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Preparation

  • Clean and cut salad.
  • Brown pine-seeds in a saucepan. Divide walnut kernels into four parts.
  • Season salad with oil, salt, pepper, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
  • Add Parmesan chips, walnut and pine-seeds. Serve.
