Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 ripe figs
- 50 g (1.76 oz- 0.11 lb) of ham
- 2 spoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- Divide figs into halves, keeping on the peel.
- Insert a slice of ham into every fig half.
- Place figs upon a baking tin and put it into warm oven (200°C- 392°F). Bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn off oven and put baked figs upon a dish, flavouring them with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena drops.
