Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 12 fresh prawns
- 4 washed lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons of EVO oil
- 4 salt sockets
- 4 teaspoons of Balsamic White pearls / lemon pearls Terra del Tuono
- In a bowl, add the peeled, cleaned and cut prawns, oil and salt. Stir well to season.
- Take 4 cocktail glasses and arrange a lettuce leaf in each. Divide the prawn salad equally into the cups and serve, decorating the dish with , Terra del Tuono’s Pearls of White Balsamic or Lemon Pearls.
